1. Web Site Hosting is provided within 1 business day after payment of the first periods’ fees
2. Web Page Design projects are begun within 1 business day with the ‘web design questionnaire’ being delivered by email to the client for their input after payment of a $200 deposit. Balance of project fees due prior to work commencing.
3. Fixed Price Websites projects are begun within 1 business day with the ‘web design and development questionnaires’ being delivered via email to the client for their input after full payment of the projects fees.
4. Custom Site projects are begun within 1 business day with the ‘web design and development questionnaires’ being delivered via email to the client for their input after payment of a $200 deposit. Balance of project fees due prior to work commencing.
5. Conversion Optimisation projects are begun within 1 business day with the ‘conversion questionnaire’ being delivered via email to the client for their input after payment of a $200 deposit. Balance of project fees due prior to work commencing.

REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

1. Refunds can be attained for all deposit funds if you decide not to go ahead with the project by simply sending an email request to fiona@fionafell.com.au.
2. Refunds will be returned to you via the method paid and will be initiated within 1 business day of your request.
3. Cancelations of any recurring services will cause any future billing to cease, and any services provided to be turned off at the end of the current billing cycle.

1. Any details that you submit using forms on this site, or gathered via the work on your projects will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be used for any other purpose than contacting you and completing your web site design or development project.
